Episode 12: The Breakdown of Reality
Global Confusion
The world has already lost the billionaires. Satellites continue to fall. Environmental disasters strike without warning. Markets are collapsing. Governments are paralyzed. And the media? The media is feeding a frenzy of fake news, speculation, and outright absurdity.
Amid it all, one man dominates the chaos: Donald Trump.
Trump on Air
Live on a breaking news broadcast, Trump’s face is flushed, his hair askew, his tie slightly crooked. He paces behind the podium, gesturing wildly as the cameras roll.
“Folks, folks, I have to tell you—this is huge, huge, you wouldn’t believe it! The satellites—they’re falling, they’re falling! And I told everybody, I said it—nobody listens, nobody! They’re falling! And the fake news, the media, they—they’re saying I’m responsible? Me? Responsible? Nobody’s more responsible than me, believe me, believe me!”
A reporter interrupts: “Mr. Trump, what about the reports of alien interference—?”
“Aliens! Aliens! I told you—I’ve been saying it! They’re out there! They’re out there and nobody listens! And the billionaires—they’re gone! Gone! I could have stopped it, I could have stopped it, but they didn’t ask me! Nobody asked me, folks, nobody!”
He grabs the podium, leans close to the mic, voice shaking:
“Look, we had the greatest economy, everybody says so, the greatest! And now—now the stocks are crashing, the satellites falling—falling! And these storms, these storms, I’ve never seen anything like it, nobody’s seen anything like it, believe me!”
A new reporter: “Sir, what about the rumors you’re in a secret bunker?”
Trump waves his hands dismissively, almost knocking over a glass of water:
“Bunker! Bunker, nobody even knows where it is! But they’re saying I’m hiding—hiding! I’m not hiding, folks, I’m out here, I’m leading, I’m—well, trying to lead, it’s very hard, very hard, everyone says so, but nobody listens! They don’t listen!”
He pauses, staring blankly at the camera, then suddenly yells:
“And the aliens! The aliens! They took the billionaires! Took them! And I could fix it, I could fix it, I have the best people, the best people—but nobody listens! Nobody! This is the biggest mess, the biggest mess ever, believe me!”
The Fallout
Clips of the interview explode across social media. Some people laugh hysterically, some panic. The stock market drops further as panic spreads. Citizens begin questioning reality itself—if the former president can’t make sense of the chaos, who can?
Meanwhile, the satellites continue to fall, strange storms crackle across continents, and Earth’s environmental balance teeters on the edge of collapse. The world has no leaders, and the billionaire experiment still looms unseen.
Cliffhanger
As the broadcast ends, the alien hologram appears in the skies above multiple cities, silent this time, its light pulsing ominously. The only message visible:
"Watch. Learn. Adapt—or perish."
The camera pans to Trump, still shouting, still gesturing, oblivious to the extraterrestrial presence above.
